A consultation includes an evaluation of the specific facts and circumstances of your case, as well as limited document review. For more extensive document review and for most complex immigration matters, we may require additional time. We will inform you of this during the consultation. We prefer to receive documents before the consultation takes place. (All Initial Consultations are conducted virtually via Zoom)

We require advance payment at the time that you schedule an appointment. 

• The fee for a 15-minute quick initial consultation is USD $300.00.
• The fee for a 30-minute initial consultation is USD $600.00. 
• The fee for a one-hour initial consultation is USD $1,150.00. 

Payment can be by echeck or credit card at the links shown below. Please note that additional payment will be required if your appointment exceeds the allotted consultation time.

Please note that a consultation with our firm is a stand-alone event and does not signify an ongoing attorney-client relationship. If you decide that you would like Khatri Law Firm, LLC to represent you on an ongoing basis we will provide you with a legal retainer agreement to retain our firm.
